Cleve Adams
Adams has more than 27 years of computer/software industry experience, including over a decade in the Internet software marketplace. His business insight and executive management style have produced an impressive history of growing and managing companies from startup to more than $1.3 billion in market value. Before joining KaaM, Adams was CEO and president of High Tower Software. Two years prior he served in the same role for Puresight, where he successfully grew the company from a small organization in the security filtering space, into a technology leader in the mobile/wireless market. From the mid-1990’s through the early 2000’s he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Websense, the global leader of web filtering solutions, where he led the company’s transformation from a small security startup to a $750 million global corporation in the span of just four years. Adams brings a wealth of additional startup and global enterprise technology experience, having held executive and management roles at organizations such as Novell, Texas Instruments, Sequel Technologies, Acusoft, and Icon International. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Greg Bolcer, Ph.D.
Bolcer is a noted technologist and entrepreneur with extensive experience in security, e-commerce and leading-edge software development. Prior to Kerosene and a Match, he founded secure e-commerce technology developer Encryptanet, Inc. and served as Chief Technology Officer of Endeavors Technology, a developer of peer-to-peer mobile applications. Bolcer also led research projects for DARPA and the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and earned wide recognition for his achievements in computer science. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Computer Science from UCI, and a Master’s in Computer Science from University of Southern California.
Clay Cover
As an entrepreneur, Clay Cover engages in the discovery, invention, and commercialization of new technology and intellectual property across multiple domains. He has been creating, managing, and selling companies for twenty-five years. Clay is also a software architect and developer with thirteen years of Java and web experience. He has designed and managed the implementation of multiple products from individual to internet scale applications.
A. Sage Osterfeld
Osterfeld has more than two decades of marketing and product management experience in the software, Internet and mobile technology fields. His background includes marketing management and product development roles at numerous software firms including Websense, where he lead it’s marketing and public relations from 1997 through IPO in 2000. He later founded a consultancy that specialized in early-stage, post-funding and pre-ipo technology firms to hone product development, marketing, and communications execution. He attended U.C. Santa Cruz and holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Journalism from CSU Fullerton.
